Shipping is carried out by USPS. Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping is made to the shipping address given by you. We do not ship to P.O boxes.
Shipping with USPS: 3 to 6 business days from the shipping date.
UPS Worldwide Saver: delivers 1-3 business days after processing.
UPS Worldwide Expedited: delivers 2-5 business days after processing.
UPS Standard ( Canada and Mexico only) delivers 2-5 business days after processing.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Please be aware that customs and import taxes may be charged depending on the country in which you reside. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note, we will will declare full value of the international shipment, and include an invoice with the delivery.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your local custom office.

If the import fees on a international package are not paid upon receipt , the package will be returned to us.

Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there be be instances where we are unable to cancel your order before shipment. If your packages has already shipped out, our normal return policy will go in effect.
LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES
We do not take responsibility for orders rejected, or returned-to-non-collection .If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note we do not take responsibility for lost/ missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address. Refunds will not be granted for orders returned due to non-collection.
PRE - ORDER ITEMS
Please note if you are placing an order for combined pre-order and in stock items all styles will be dispatched together. If you like your in-stock item immediately, please make a separate order.
You will receive an automated confirmation by email after your order has been placed and a tracking information once your order has been shipped. all automated confirmations will be sent to the email address provided on the order.
